Crenshaw Entrepreneurial Academy adheres to California laws, including drug testing, and prohibitions regarding the employment of any person who has been convicted of a violent or serious felony. Prior to work, each employee will furnish documents establishing legal employment status. At Crenshaw Entrepreneurial Academy, we desire to hire individuals who are committed to us mission of encouraging clients to design and manufacture creations in their own marketplace of ideas. Furthermore, these individuals are committed to an educational model, support college preparation and our instructional practices. All staff at Crenshaw Entrepreneurial Academy are “at will” employees, in accordance with California law, meaning that the employment relationship can be severed by either party at any time, with or without cause. All employees will be compensated commensurate with their experience and job responsibilities, as detailed in the Employee Handbook, which all employees will receive. Terms of employment are reviewed annually and modified as necessary to meet the needs of our staff and clients.

CEA aims to research and provide Resources for mental Health services Counseling, Enrichment Activities and more to the participating students and parents. Various forms of Mental Health Practices and behavioral coach involvement have been proven to help in dealing with stressful situations, anxiety, and isolation, displacement after natural disasters, among others For example, meditation, yoga, like Cultural Art ,Music, Chess, home economics, Writers workshop , Athleticism character development Enrichment activities and more all Programs include mentorship and Mental Health resources that include but are not limited to counseling and family stabilization planning. Acquisition) Our goal is to close the generational wealth gap in the community, by providing a vigorous competition outside the public school system CEA offers new innovative learning techniques and mechanisms, for children and adults who have a hard time focusing in a general educational setting or who fell behind during Covid- 19 including financial literacy and computer science intertwined with traditional education and Metacognitive Enrichment opportunities that are not offered within the public school system CEA understands the impact of systematic oppression cultivated and generated in low income communities and is why CEA believes behavioral problems are a cry for attention and positive mental stimulation rather than a mental Disability .

Professionals Online offer schools and families specialized and personalized education services a student may need based on their current present levels of performance. Professional Online staff will be providing services in the following areas: Assessments, Reading, Writing, and Math, English, Psychological services, social worker services counseling and guidance services ,behavior intervention design and planning, special IEP Subject Matters including Reading, Writing, Parent Consultation and client Lesson Planning Supplemental Education Support: General Education Certified and Mild/Mod/Severe Certified, counseling services in College Preparation Assessments & Enrichment Courses provided by highly qualified staff in the following areas: Financial literacy, Computer & Gaming Programs (Roblox),Chess and other Educationally Related Games Reading & Writing Workshops in specific subgroups Online and In person Mental health Assessment Case Management (CM),Consultation.Early,1:1 Group and Educational Services, Collaboration with IEP Team Psycho-educational Assessments, Individual Counseling, Group Counseling, Emotionally Related Mental Health Services (ERMHS),Independent Education Evaluation Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA). ATP, ATECs (BID) services at CEA include development of individualized service plans individualized and group training, equipment installation, technical assistance, and consultation. Our vocational training services include: Case management, Basic assessment of skills and needs, Career counseling, Resume development, Interview techniques, Proper interview attire, Job search and placement assistance, Paid work experience (temporary and permanent)On-the-job training, Vocational training toastmasters, home economics and Entrepreneurial training. Our staff of highly trained therapists, Child and Family Specialists, peer/parent advocates, psychiatrists, & child care workers, Coordinators and Supervisors provide comprehensive and individualized services that include: Screening, Assessment, Treatment Planning, Individual Therapy, Group Therapy, Family Therapy, Skills-based Rehabilitation, Psychiatric Assessment and Evaluation, Targeted Case Management, Child and Family Team Meetings, Crisis Intervention, Discharge Planning, and Coordination of Care across systems
